I just wanted to share a testimony about our service IDShield.
On Saturday, my social media was hacked, both Facebook and Instagram. The scamming is real, so be very careful. I called IDShield regarding my identity being compromised. I spoke to a gentleman named Ryan, who was very nice and patient with me; he heard the worry in my voice. He went through my account, immediately put a fraud alert on everything, and checked my financials to see if he saw anything suspicious. Told me to log into my bank accounts and check that all was there; thank God it was. He took the time to walk me through creating my VPN Trend Micro account. He eased my mind by letting me know if anything proceeds and my bank accounts are affected they will investigate and do everything in their power to get me back to pre-theft status.
I am so grateful to have this service and know that I am fully protected.
This is why I tell people you rather have and not need it than need it and not have it!!
