Plz need help with fraud field officer social security worker. She has ERASED my daughter’s ssi case due to a personal vindictive against her dad. I can prove she had an almost benefit funded case in 2022vand the Mable Williams denied her due to erroneous assets. I can prove she also violated my daughter’s privacy act and HIPPA in In engaging in conversation with one of Saniaya’s family members that has nothing to do with her SSI case. I have the audio of the national hotline saying her file was ERASED. I have the sufuobof the family member saying what Mable(social security worker) told her and I have to get this fraudulent lady out of the office because I am now needing to file my own SSDi case and scared she will do the same thing she has done with my daughter’s file. My daughter has a lawyer trying to get her SSN and that’s how I found out she had to somehow start over again when we put in a application in March. Plz my civil rights are being violated tremendously!! A disabled child civil rights and privacy rights have been violated and it’s caused unnecessary mental anguish.
